We want you to be 100% happy with each and every product that you receive from Bright Star Kids! We take great pride in producing custom made products especially for you that look beautiful and will stand the test of time.
If you ever have a problem with any of our products, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help you.
For refunds and reprints we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team. Sorry but we cannot accept change of mind returns on personalised products.
Get a sample of our products sent to you for free so you can try before you buy! Don’t forget to tell us your mailing address & what samples you'd like (options include Stick On Labels, Iron On Labels, Wall Stickers & Wall Decals).
If you'd like to see a particular design or colour please let us know and we'll do our best to get it out to you. Unfortunately you can't get personalised samples with your child's name printed.
Change of mind on personalised products:
Unfortunately once your order is moved to our printing system, which can sometimes happen within a few hours of placing your order, we cannot change the details or cancel any part of your order. If you do notice something wrong after you've placed your order, please get in touch immediately and let us know. Where possible we'll happily alter your order, however if it's already been moved to the "in print" status in our system we will have to charge an additional fee to reprint it.
I'm having issues using a product:

I received an incorrect order:
If you've received an incorrect or incomplete order please get in touch with us. If you'd like to double check your order before contacting us, we recommend logging into your account to view your order details.
I made a mistake on my order:
If you made a mistake when ordering, such as spelling your child's name incorrectly (don't stress it happens all the time) please get in touch within 7 days of your order and we'll get it reprinted at a reduced rate. If the mistake was made by our team we'll reprint it immediately for no additional charge.
I haven't received my order:
If you haven't received your order within 30 days please get in touch and we'll do our best to track it down. On the very odd occasion when an order gets lost in the mailing system, we'll be happy to resend your order free of charge.
